This session will look at infrastructure best practice around the world, and potential applications in Wales, as well as existing plans in the pipeline.

Breakout 1: “Funding the plan”
This session will look at securing funding for infrastructure in Wales, and what bespoke tools are available in Wales to ensure infrastructure is delivered.
Breakout 2: “Building the plan”
This session will look at the supply chain in Wales, in particular how to procure the supply chain and as a supplier how to become involved. The overview will be to look at examples of best practice and how to:
o Engage the supply
o Facilitate supply chain involvement in large projects
o Upskill the supply chain
