Megan is the Communications and Projects Officer for Cynnal Cymru – Sustain Wales. Megan delivers projects for clients alongside providing communications, events and policy support for the Cynnal Cymru team. Megan leads on written communication for press releases, events and publicity and also runs the Living Wage accreditation in Wales. Her role consists of raising the profile of Cynnal Cymru, supporting members and liaising with clients to deliver campaigns, events or projects in partnership with Cynnal Cymru. Megan is passionate about sustainability and stays up to date on policy developments and engages with AM’s and MP’s.
Megan graduated in 2012 with a Journalism and Sociology undergraduate degree from Cardiff University and has gained experience working for the Sustainable Places Research Institute and for the First Minister for Wales and Bridgend Assembly Member Rt. Hon. Carwyn Jones. Megan is currently studying for an MSc in Sustainability, Planning and Environmental Policy at Cardiff University along side working for Cynnal Cymru and enjoys running and scuba diving.
