The National Assembly for Wales Cross Party Group on Co-operatives and Mutuals presents: Yours to Share - The Co-operative Economy in Wales
Representatives from the Wales Co-operative Centre and Co-operatives and Mutuals Wales, along with National Assembly members and a selection of invited co-operative businesses, will come together to mark Co-operatives Fortnight 2011 in Wales.
Co-operatives Fortnight 2011 is the national campaign that unites the co-operative sector. From 25 June until 9 July, events and activities will take place throughout the UK to highlight and celebrate how co-operative businesses share their profits, give people an equal say and help build a better world, represented through the theme ‘Yours to Share’.
You are invited to attend the event at the Pierhead Building on Tuesday 28 June. Registration and a networking lunch begins at 11.45pm with a prompt 12.15pm start.

The event will celebrate the importance of co-operatives in Wales and highlight how they make a difference on a local, regional and national level.
Championing the co-operative method of business will be the National Assembly for Wales Cross Party Group for Co-operatives and Mutuals. You will also have the opportunity to hear from speakers including Ed Mayo, Secretary General of Co-operatives UK and Molly Scott Cato, Director of the Cardiff Institute of Co-operative Studies.
As a Co-operative Business in Wales, you will have the opportunity to participate in the ‘Exhibition of Co-operative Businesses’. This FREE exhibition will be a chance for you to showcase your businesses to politicians and the key decision makers from the co-operative sector.
