22 November | Strategy for Customers in Vulnerable Circumstances Launch
Dŵr Cymru has recently published ‘Supporting our customers – working at the heart of our community’, a strategy for supporting customers in vulnerable circumstances.
They would like to invite senior managers and directors from third sector organisations with an interest or experience in this area to attend a one day workshop at the Swalec Stadium, Cardiff on 22nd November, 11:00 – 17:00pm.
The event will focus on five key themes below, exploring the opportunities for building on existing knowledge and experience as well as how identifying opportunities for working collaboratively in a more efficient and cohesive way in line with the Well-being for Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015.

- Priority Service Register
- Financial / social tariffs
They want to hear your ideas and to share good practice and case studies, so that they can co-design an improved offer to those in vulnerable circumstances.
