Cardiff Council Extends Living Wage Financial Scheme

Cardiff Council’s ambition is to make Cardiff a ‘Living Wage City’. They believe that paying the ‘real’ Living Wage is a key indicator of an employer’s commitment to fair work practices.

For organisations of up to 250 employees who become an accredited Living Wage Employers before 31st March 2019 the Council is offering to pay up to 3 years of accreditation fees.

The financial assistance offered is a one-off and it will be on a first-come-first-served basis.

The maximum support is £720 depending on size of your organisation.
