Are you letting others know about the added value you provide?
Private, public and charitable organisations are known for their core services and products but often, the wider good that they do is not recognised or the organisations themselves overlook the added value they bring. Drawing together your policies and data in an integrated approach enables you to plan a continous cycle of improvement and demonstrate the added value you provide through responsible practice, a commitment to quality and efficiency.
Our strategic planning workshops lead to improved results, a greater return on investment and a more favourable customer response.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
These workshops work best with a team of managers from the same organisation but could also work for a mixed group either from the same sector or professional discipline. The participants should have a level of responsibility and leadership either at a team/department or senior level.
The aim is to move the organisation from a position of risk mitigation and ‘do no harm’ to ‘doing good’ so that it is able to add tangible value to its products and services.
Participants will use critical analysis and self-reflection to identify where the organisation is performing well on a range of sustainability metrics and where there is room for improvement.
The organisation will then be able to make strategic plans and produce regular sustainable development reports based on sound data. These can then be shared (with funders, members, customers, share-holders, government) to demonstrate the net contribution the organisation makes to the economy, society and the environment. The workshops can be run as a one or half day workshop with follow-up support.
