The IPPR report “Green Expectations: Lessons from the US green jobs market” makes for interesting reading and has important messages for how we develop the green economy in Wales.
In the attached note, I have pulled out the key messages from the report and conclude that there are some clear lessons to be applied in Wales as we prepare for the implementation of the UK Government’s Green Deal programme, the second stage of the Welsh Government’s Arbed programme and a revamped Community First programme.
